I did tons of research but was really anxious about the whole process. Buying a car is a huge purchase!! As soon as I spoke with Elizabeth on the phone I knew I was in good hands. She was so sweet (and patient!!) over the phone with me and 500 questions. I literally must have called her 6 times before I actually stepped foot into the dealership. She was wonderful and didn't pressure me into anything. As soon as I came in, Elizabeth introduced me to Daniel and I was immediately impressed. He showed me exactly what I was looking for in my price range and also didn't pressure me into any purchases.
