On April 3 I turned in my NISSAN ROGUE SELECT car for which they gave me $ 15,000, I used 9,368 to pay for the existing Loan from Capital one and the rest I put towards the purchase of a new car. Today which they gave me $ 15,000, I used 9,368 to pay for the existing Loan from Capital one and the rest I put towards the purchase of a new car. Today is the 12th and they still haven't paid Capital One the $ 9,368 when I call the dealer they tell me they are going to send the check to my house. I explain that my 10 days car payoff is going to expire, i ask their to call capital one and make the payment. When I asked for a manager the receptionist put me on hold and after a long time she hung up my call. I called again several times and since they had my number registered they did not take the call. Then they answered me after many calls telling me that she had nothing to do with it, she is only giving me the information of another girl who is working on my case. Now I'm on my way to the dealer so they can explain well what's going on. Bad customer service ever. I'll never do business with this South Dade Toyota Dealer again More
