Excellent Customer Service I've purchased a few cars in my life and some good experiences and some not so good. Some dealerships treat you like a number. They don't care what yo I've purchased a few cars in my life and some good experiences and some not so good. Some dealerships treat you like a number. They don't care what you're looking for or if it's a good fit for you, they just want the sale and get you out of their hair. South Dade Toyota takes that extra step to ensure excellent customer service. Someone opens the door for you. If there's no seats available, someone brings a chair for you. Everyone smiles and greets you like they know you. I happened to be there for their Thanksgiving Celebration for employees the other night. During the event customers were still coming in and being serviced like nothing was happening. Several employees offered for me to join them in eating and grabbing a beverage. They offered the customers there to join in as well. Even when I declined they encouraged me to join. They ended up getting me a great deal even with subpar credit. In fact I bought two vehicles. It's the extra little things that go the distance in true customer satisfaction. I will buy my next car there too. Thanks South Dade Toyota! More
