Just like my last visit they did not cover my seat and floor mat with protective covering prior to service, even though I specifically requested they do so this time. The complimentary service is minimal floor mat with protective covering prior to service, even though I specifically requested they do so this time. The complimentary service is minimal and does not cover air filters or even detailing. Just oil change and tire rotation. The staff is pleasant, efficient and respectful and I received a ride to and from home instead of having to wait at the dealership. More

I was there for an oil change. Waited for three hours for completion. at time of check out I was told additional work was needed.
