Incompetent! I waited for months to purchase my Telluride. Took it in for first oil change and the clowns forgot to put the oil cap on after servicing. Half wa I waited for months to purchase my Telluride. Took it in for first oil change and the clowns forgot to put the oil cap on after servicing. Half way home smelled burning odor, pulled over and found oil splatter all over the place under the hood. Luckily, I discovered before it damaged the engine! They refunded for the oil change and promised to call back for other compensation.....I'm still waiting for that call three weeks later! If I could give zero stars I would! More
