They didnt have the part available for me even though i did have an appointment with them and they knew what work we were going to do. The mechanic could of did a way better job. Especially since I’m a loyal loyal customer. But all in all that’s who I rock with when it comes to taking care of my car. Came in for oil change and rotation. After I left I discovered that the rotation was not performed. I went back, they took my car back and then after waiting 45 more minutes I was told t After I left I discovered that the rotation was not performed. I went back, they took my car back and then after waiting 45 more minutes I was told that they checked the cameras and that the rotation was completed. They showed me camera view, and only the rear of vehicle could be seen. I know for an absolute fact the rotation was not performed because I have 2 very distinct marks on my rims and those rims were in the exact same location before and after the imaginary rotation service. I don’t care what the manager or the technician says, I know for a fact that my tires were in the exact same location before and after the rotation. I paid for a service that wasn’t completed. Second, with the oil change fluids like window shield wiper fluid is supposed to be refilled. Mine was refilled with straight water. That is not right. I basically paid for 2 services and one wasn’t performed and the second was done half assed. This was my second oil change and rotation with this dealership. The first time I had no issues. But I will 100% be videoing my tires prior to my next rotation. And honestly if I hadn’t already purchased the oils change and tire rotation package with my car, I would never take it back there. More
