I have been a good customer. This is my 4th Kia from them and service is usually on point. Although the staff was pleasant, the wait time just for someone to come to my car was about 30 mins. And I had a coupon and still paid an arm and a leg just in labor fees. Awful ability to provide an estimate from the moment a part was order, to when the appointment was and then to when i showed up to drop off the car. It went from being told an hour twice. Then at drop off being told 2 hours so I decided to wait since a 1 hour deviation is normal. Then it's four+ hours. Without so much of an apology. Alex at least offered to hold my spot open so it would immediately get worked on. However, once the job was finished didn't once apologize for the inconvenience caused of my needing to leave to grab my kids just in time with as much delay as there was. If it weren't for the fact the next closest location is Miami lakes (too far for me), I would never go again. More
