Hello I recently had a ok experience. I went in to perform a engine lawsuit recall and i mentioned a couple other issues with my car. I come back to be told that the advisor has quit. Yeah was not informed with anything and I repeated myself multiple times for other concerns of the car. The day I go to pick up my car they said they had no idea what my problem is and left me in the air with no response. My engine was replaced but all my other issues weren’t resolved. Taking my car elsewhere next time. More

Lena with rental at the front desk is exceptional. The service manager, Roberto or Alberto last name began with an S provided HORRIBLE service. He told me he couldn’t help me verify simple recalls (plural) on my car bc my car is a KIA and not Toyota even though my vehicle was serviced at this location, his T-shirt and business card reflects Toyota AND KIA. Another gentleman sitting next to him stepped in to help me out, I wish I would’ve gotten his name bc that man deserves his position. More
I was told the wrong information and was about to get charged $1000. I went for a second opinion at a respected mechanic shop and it was something so simple. I bought my 21 Telluride from another Kia dealership but this location was the closest to my house. I have been here 3 times for my service and upgrades and each time the service staff has treated me with this location was the closest to my house.
