Service department did nothing for my car. After holding my car for nearly a week, with no update on my vehicle despite my calling every day for an update. They told me was car for ready after they “updated the engine”, and I ended up breaking down almost immediately once I hit the highway. I refused to tow my vehicle back to this KIA and ended up just paying the extra miles to have my car towed to my normal dealership in Margate. Terrible service, terrible customer service, and I am absolutely horrified that they would allow any customer to LEAVE their dealership service department, KNOWING that they did NOTHING to repair the vehicle and overall ENDANGERING said customer. Do NOT service your vehicle here just for your own safety. More

Great customer service provided by both Alex and Dario the service advisors who thoroughly explained the service my car initially needed when my car was towed there. It took approximately 5 weeks for the the service advisors who thoroughly explained the service my car initially needed when my car was towed there. It took approximately 5 weeks for the new engine to be received and installed. I met Angel the mechanic who was awesome in putting a new engine in my Kia Optima which I am extremely thankful it was still under warranty. Also, even when I had to come back a week later due to a minor problem with the engine, Angel the mechanic provided excellent service ! Thank you South Dade Kia for your excellent service. My only disappointment is that my car was not washed onsite when I picked up my car. South Dade Kia is now providing a card for a free car wash. More
