I've always used this dealership since moving to FL and never had a problem. My recent experience was not as positive as past. I pre-made appointment with the service department yet Sat there waiting for never had a problem. My recent experience was not as positive as past. I pre-made appointment with the service department yet Sat there waiting for over 20 min.. then when checked in waited. When car was finished. I got inside my car wondering this dealership could care less about my business..My dealership in Arizona spoiled me. They always ran my car thru the car wash and personally made sure all the service Matt's and plastic was taken from car before I got in. This dealer service associate showed me where my car was and told goodbye. Very hurried I guess because I objected to not purchase at this time the other recommend service issues. Not impressed 😕 More
