Service dept has poor communication. Was given a price for repair and minutes later was told a much higher price for same repair. Was given multiple appointments for repair and was told when arrived on time that it was to late and leave car overnight. Crew was very pessimistic about warranty repairs until approved by KIA. Was given car back with gas gauge below empty and given an attitude when I asked to why and to at least fill to able to reach a gas station. Worst service dealer ever. Change my mind about purchasing a future KIA. More
