I was told by Enrique that if I dodnt need the tire rotation it was going to be done, I marked the two front tired with a mark to make sure if the tire rotation would take place I will know. When I went to puck up the card I was told tire rotation was done, I was in a rush and didn't check the tire mark since I was returning the loaner, when I got home notice it that it was not done I was charged. I called Enrique that the fees would be refunded and as if today it has not, this is unacceptable. Now I'm wondering if the oil changed was done.
