I had two requests. They had my car for 2 months to fix one thing and the other was not fixed. They scratch my car, the battery they installed looks old. they are rude and scamming people, purposely bent my rotors in so i can pay them to fix it, was promised 2 free tires and was told there was a system error so i’m sure they took the tires for themselves rotors in so i can pay them to fix it, was promised 2 free tires and was told there was a system error so i’m sure they took the tires for themselves, they tried to say i was smoking in the car but my clothes and purse naturally smell like smoke cause i’m a smoker and charged me a fee, they removed the brake pads from my car, and now my engine makes a weird noise. my car has gotten WORSE after leaving this place, DO NOT recommend! they lady at the desk is also rude and has the worst attitude but i could see why due to the fact she probably hates her job and fake smiles and mean mugs customers after. the service center also still has the mechanic that messed up my car still working there after i told the service manager my issues he did not care at all and told me just to put down another $300 deposit for another loaner and leave my car there AGAIN so they could look at it but can’t do nothing about the free tires due to an “system error” literally the worst dealer i’ve been to in my life.
