Service department is absolutely horrible. I took my car in for a recall service (made an appt a week in advance) and after an hour of them having my car they tell me the part isn't in stock a I took my car in for a recall service (made an appt a week in advance) and after an hour of them having my car they tell me the part isn't in stock and it takes 3-5 days for it to come in. They said they were doing a multipoint inspection which they didn't as I didn't get any paperwork about this inspection. They had my car for over 2 hours with nothing being done to it. I had to miss a day of work so I can get this taken care of and nothing was done. I asked why they didn't order the part in advance knowing I was coming for this service and they said they had to inspect my car and make sure the part doesn't work. If it's a recall it's my understanding the part needs to be replaced no matter what. They said if it passes the inspection the part doesn't need to be replaced even if there's a recall. More
