Inexplicably bad service I really regret buying my Kia. The service center here has to be the worst. Took it in for a major recall issue (or at least a very dangerous warranty I really regret buying my Kia. The service center here has to be the worst. After calling 5 times (yes 5 times) to check in with the service advisor and leaving voice mails on three occasions, I have yet to get a response. I called one last time and asked to wait until they can page someone. After a half hour I had to hang up. I tried to call the feedback line that was provided as a response to the other reviews (the 646 number) it rings and the call gets cut without anyone responding. Three hours later, I have yet to get in contact with anyone from service. This proves two things: 1, this place will only attend to you if you are buying a car, after that, you aren't even a number to them. Two, and most importantly, they are light years away from the customer service Lexus and even Infiniti provide. After spending close to 50k for a car, you'd think you would get some sort of respect. Not in this case. Update: After 13 calls... 13 CALLS IN ONE DAY...I finally get the service person on the phone. His excuse as to why someone hasn't picked up? "OUR PHONES SUCK". Not to mention in have to wait until next Wednesday (almost a week) because they do not carry parts for the recall Kia put out. Why so long? According to the service person "We've never done this before, so we dont have the part" This is a brand new 2018 car!!!!. Normally I do my research before buying a car. This issue and most importantly, this poor,poor customer service would have kept anyone from buying from Kia and most especially Sunshine Kia. If you're reading this, PLEASE HEED MY WARNING: This dealership does not deserve your hard earned money. Look elsewhere at all costs. A week later, no follow-up directly from the dealer. I have no time to be on the phone with corporate. Imagine that...have to call KIA CORPORATE offices, just to get through to the service center whose "phones suck". More

Friendly atmosphere and easygoing peraonality I came in to service my car and reached out to George Okoth who took 3 hrs of his time to help me decide between 2 vehicles to lease. After reaching a price point on a car, and approved by sales manager Marcello was told the GM did not approve of the deal. Very disappointed after having met a new manager, in the service lounge, whi told me they like to make sure that they keep Kia customers happy even if they upgrade the car the currently are leasing. I did not find this to be true. I want to thank George for his patience through this process. Not sure I will remain a Kia customer. More

I made an appointment for service and I explained what is my car problem.The lady which took an appoinment said that my car is on guaranty that i will not have to pay nothing for a diagnostic.Today the manager Miguel said i have to pay $120 before to start the diagnostic ( just for a diagnostic) which is not the information gave me by the phone. I lost my time. Don't go to this dealer any more.they are changing the owner frecuently like 3 times or more and any times is getting worst.Big mess. liar people.desorganized.unprofesional. 2 years ago I went to buy the battery.they do not have the battery for SOUL KIA incredible that they do not in stock and they didnt help me to find the dealer where i can find. Then when I bought the battery on north miami kia they said the guaranty for the battery is only on this place. I will call today to the corporate of Kia because sunchine Miami kia is a big disaster all dealers Do not buy any more Kia in this place Al que desee comprar in carro marca Kia , les sugiero no ir a este dealer , Hay in gran desorden .Ha pasado de duenos en dueno en pocos anos , y cada vez es peor Mi carro lo compre en el 2011 , tengo el contrato la registracion y aun asi ensenando todos los papeles no fueron capaces de encontrarlo en su Sistema , es decir que si mi carro hubiera tenido in problema con el motor hoy todavia no hubiera resolver nada porque no estaba en el Sistema Cuando hice el appointment para service hable con una muchacha que tomo mis datos y me explico que si mi carro estaba en garantia el diagnostico no tenia que pagarlo , este appointment ni siquiera encontraron el appointment en el Sistema Dos anos antes tuve problemas con la bacteria fui a esa Kia cuando aquello esa South Kia , no tenian bacteria para SOUL KIA y ni siquiera me ayudaron a encontrar donde habia .Fui al de north Miami y alli em dijeron que la garantia era solo en esa KIA Desafortunadamente KIa en Miami es un desastre , tanto el servicio caro, como muy poco profesionalismo . Consumers Beware Service Dept Theft ] to train their employees not to steal merchandise from clients vehicle. I decided to go here to this dealer on January 4, 2018 for a simple oil chan ] to train their employees not to steal merchandise from clients vehicle. I decided to go here to this dealer on January 4, 2018 for a simple oil change which I had received a flyer over the mail. I had my blue tooth boom box stolen from one of their employees while the car was in their service dept. I asked the service manager to investigate and he did. Upon investigating he did not find my boom box. He said he will contact his manager and discuss the matter. Upon ME following up the next day he said his corporate office will cut me a check for my item which he said will take 7 to 10 business days. I said ok. Upon ME following up with phone calls and driving back to the dealer still no check. Went recently back to the dealer and spoke to the sales manager inside the showroom and he was aware of my situation. He then produced a receipt for me to keep for my records on January11 and said it takes 7-10 days for the check to get cut. Still waiting for my check to get cut as promised back in January 5th. I wait patiently. I will never return or recommend this dealer to anyone. There is no follow up customer service on their part and my item was stolen. Consumers Beware. Since first meeting Abdiel Suarez, I have always returned to this dealership because of his great customer service. Abdiel is very professional, very knowledgeable about cars and their various problems, and he knows how to treat a customer with kindness and respect. All the other service reps at Sunshine Kia should take lessons from him. He is an asset to Sunshine Kia and I hope the managers realize that. I never have to return to the dealership with the same problem twice when Abdiel handles my service request. He is the BEST!!!!!! Hooray Abdiel. More
new Kia dealership visit Problems with my 2014 Optima Lease lead me to Sunshine Kia ,the service dept.got to work on it with Service mgr and Edgar,and engine was repaired . Problems with my 2014 Optima Lease lead me to Sunshine Kia ,the service dept.got to work on it with Service mgr and Edgar,and engine was repaired . I proceeded to look into new Kia vehicles And Cecilia Redonda was very helpful in asissting with information. I left the lot with two new Leases .Eric the new car mgr was also very helpful in working with me as well. More
