Karina was awesome! I had a great experience with Karina. I called regarding a 2017 Kia Sportage with an issue in the wiper. She told me to bring it in and she would ha I had a great experience with Karina. I called regarding a 2017 Kia Sportage with an issue in the wiper. She told me to bring it in and she would have them check it. I have been there before and decided since I needed to work, I would bring my laptop. She was very warm and welcoming and told me they would look to see what was wrong and try to fix it quickly. She wasn't kidding. I started working and within the hour, she came in to tell me it was the pump. I thought they would have to order it, but she said it was ready! I was really pleased with the service of the technicians and especially Karina. She made my day. I had talked to her the day before and she assured me she would do whatever possible so I wouldn't have to wait too long. More
