Best Customer Service - Karina Absolute best experience at an auto service center. I felt so very taken care of by Karina (service advisor?) and her boss Miguel. Karina was compassi Absolute best experience at an auto service center. I felt so very taken care of by Karina (service advisor?) and her boss Miguel. Karina was compassionate and trust worthy. She made sure every single one of my concerns was addressed and helped me prioritize what services I needed to work on first — since I was not able to take care of all the needed services during my visit. I explained to her that I would be traveling a long distance and we worked out a plan specific to my needs. I truly feel like I will be safe on the road because of Karina. I also felt like a valued customer. While waiting for my services to be complete, I mentioned to Karina that I was going to leave to get something to eat. Without me even asking, Karina called her boss Miguel and he offered to drive me wherever I needed to go. Karina and Miguel were so friendly and welcoming. Aside from the customer service, I was pleased with the services done on my car and am confident in the quality of work. Juan and Karina looked over my car with me once it was done to ensure that I was happy with the services completed. I will definitely be returning for future auto needs.
