Terrible Service! Last summer I had spark plugs put in my Dodge ram at this dealership. 16plugs- parts and labor $400.00 I thought that was fair. Codes showing it needed O2 sensors. I gave the go ahead knowing I changed them out before in less than 30 minutes. $650.00!! Parts and labor...$350.00 just in labor! Really! Never take my truck there again. Then it took over 30 minutes to find out it was ready right before there ready to close! More

Got me in quick! When my check engine light went on I tried to schedule service but no openings until the following week; I called to check my options and was able to When my check engine light went on I tried to schedule service but no openings until the following week; I called to check my options and was able to bring in the car later that day. The sensor issue was resolved along with a radiator leak and hoses AND they were able to get a recall fix in as well. Took 1 day longer than anticipated and would have liked a call to tell us of the delay. But now I can shop with confidence for the holidays! More
