My car saleman was Adam Zeveski. There is so many great things to say about Adam. He was very patience, helpful and just an overall nice man. He was not pushy or forceful. He listen to what I wanted. It took some days to complete the car purchase but he always keep in touch. The night before I pick up the car Adam text me a piture of the car with a caption : your car is all clean & ready to go home. That was a wonderful way to let me know the status of my new car & it brighten the bad day I was having. After the deal was sealed, Adam did a complete walk through w/my new car Pearl (Yes I named my car). He showed me how to work all the features. Even after I left the dealership w/Pearl, Adam text me two days later to make sure I was enjoying Pearl(Yes he called her by name). I will recommand Adam to everyone who needs a car. More

Here's my crazy story: I had one WEEK to move to Colorado, it was unbelievably sudden and chaotic. I was stressed to say the least. A co-worker of mine referred me to Mike Mattingly, and I'm so happ Colorado, it was unbelievably sudden and chaotic. I was stressed to say the least. A co-worker of mine referred me to Mike Mattingly, and I'm so happy that she did. I told him my situation: I had a Smart Car and needless to say, it wasn't going to work well in the mountains of Colorado. Mike was EXCEPTIONAL. He told me that I must be insanely stressed getting all of this organized and that the car would be taken care of for me - It was so relieving and he delivered on that promise. On his day off, he made an inventory of the cars he thought would be best suited for my needs in Colorado. He listed them and gave me the reasons why he thought each car would be a good choice. He also collected all of my data to get quotes on a trade in and help me figure out financing, all on his day off. I ended up going with his number 1 choice (of six!) and I couldn't be happier. He helped me at EVERY step of the way. He took his time and I couldn't have imagined going to another dealership. Mike went so far above and beyond to help me. The WHOLE staff was friendly and accommodating. I was able to buy the perfect SUV, a 2010 Jeep Patriot, in just a matter of hours. The price was great and Mike and the entire staff were amazing. It took me a few days to get to this review because I was so busy, but I would recommend this team to ANYONE. I was humbled and impressed with their customer service and quality of vehicles. If I need another car (which won't be for a while, since it's such a great car), I'll come back to St. Louis just to buy from South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Bruce and Randy both hit home runs for us. Bruce for helping us get started, and Randy for bringing it all together. In the end we wound up with the exact car we would have wanted if we had sat down and helping us get started, and Randy for bringing it all together. The icing on the cake came when the car had less than 50 miles on it, and that was after moving it from another dealership. Randy was fantastic to work with. Even the folks at the dealership who had no stake in the outcome were pleasant and helpful. They look you in the eye and smile. There seems to be a genuine feeling that it's good to have you there. I have been in many dealerships where the people just didn't seem to be engaged. Before we bought, my wife had her old car serviced there, and would not take it anywhere else. Highly recommended. I was looking for a small SUV/crossover vehicle. I had visited the local Chevrolet, Ford, and Dodge dealers to compare. Between the Equinox, the Escape and the Journey, the journey was the most vehicle f visited the local Chevrolet, Ford, and Dodge dealers to compare. Between the Equinox, the Escape and the Journey, the journey was the most vehicle for the money. It provided a better warranty package as well. Ken Duckworth, the sales person, was not your typical car salesman, he was very down to earth and honest. Talking with him was much like talking with a coworker or neighbor, easy and comfortable. Dan Sullivan, the finance counselor, was professional but fun and although he offered the 'options' to select from he only presented the information, did not push me to purchase, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely return to this dealership in the future and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a positive experience. More
This was a very good experience - the only issue was that it took a while to be able to drive the car off the lot.
