The cashier was a little rude and seemed to be reluctant about taking my email after asking to fill out a review. Also its been about 2 weeks since my visit and i still havent recieved one. More
Mike was very helpful with helping my wife and I determine what kind of Dodge/Jeep product was best suited to our needs. I dreaded coming in to the dealer, for I had not purchased a new vehicle for determine what kind of Dodge/Jeep product was best suited to our needs. I dreaded coming in to the dealer, for I had not purchased a new vehicle for 10 years and do not like to be bothered while doing my initial search. Once I spoke to Mike after requesting brochures, he put my mind at ease and it became very apparent that he truly cared about helping potential customers. My wife and I have a very busy schedule, but once we were able to come in, I let Mike know the day before. He had 3 vehicles lined up for us to look at and drive the very next morning. (Even going as far as selecting the colors and options we'd most likely be pursuing.) Mike was not pushy at all...he would point out features on all 3 of the vehicles and let us make an informed decision on our own. On the day we took possession of the Durango, we alerted Mike that we would have our 2 young boys with us and had concerns that they would become bored during the paperwork process. He had a movie and crayons ready at his desk to ensure the boys kept themselves entertained. That was huge in my book. A few days after taking possession of the Durango, we had a situation of where it had to be brought back in for service. Knowing how busy we are, Mike came to my wife's work to pick up the Durango and drive it to the dealer for service. Another huge plus. I have no problem recommending Mike to friends and family. I have a brother-in-law looking very seriously at a new Challenger. We sent him in to speak to Mike. While the purchase has not been made as of yet, my brother-in-law plans to follow thru with Mike due to the way he handles prospective clients. More

Randy Brinckman was my salesman. he gave me a great trade in on my old car as well. I wanted a 3 row and the 2012 doge Durango was perfect for what I was looking as I was going to live in Montana and trade in on my old car as well. I wanted a 3 row and the 2012 doge Durango was perfect for what I was looking as I was going to live in Montana and had 4 grandsons up there. Wanted to feel safe when driving with them. it also performed very well on the highway. I have taken several trips with it and it is very comfortable on those long drives. Even the people I have taken have commented on how comfortable the seats are. I absolutely love the rear camera when put in reverse. I do feel safe in the car and with the automatic AWd that is a real plus as well. Randy is a great salesman and when I told him what I needed the Dodge Durango was a great suggestion and I took it. The Service Department is also good. Very courteous. My dealings with South county Dodge was well worth switching over from a Toyota product. Good value for the money. More

Everyone that I met at the dealership was genuinely nice and went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied and could make up our minds without pressure. They worked with me to get a VERY good d and went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied and could make up our minds without pressure. They worked with me to get a VERY good deal on my trade-in. The sales price of the automobile I bought was within $1500 of my personal limit.
