Worst Dealership Experience Update: After posting this review I received a message from Paul Brown (Sales Manger) saying "I would like the opportunity to speak with you to work Update: After posting this review I received a message from Paul Brown (Sales Manger) saying "I would like the opportunity to speak with you to work on resolving this issue". He left his email address and phone number. I called and left a message, emailed and responded through this website. He did not responded to any of the 3 attempts I made to contact him. Another example of how you shouldn't expect customer service from this dealership after the purchase! Original Post: I purchased a new truck from this dealership less than 3 months ago. To date the truck has been in the shop a total of 4 weeks for various issues. It was last in the shop 3 weeks ago because the engine was smoking at startup which I noticed a few days after I purchased it. I spoke with the service manager about it a couple of weeks after I purchased it and he told me it was condensation in the exhaust. I disagreed, but decided to give it a little time to see if it stopped. It didn't stop and I took it in to service in late June which was two months after purchase. They said it was an issue with one of the heads and replaced it. It is now smoking worse than ever and has to go back. It only has 4,000 miles on it. I have called and asked to speak to a sales manager twice since it was an issue with the truck since it was new. I was told both times by the receptionist that she had given the message to the sales manager and he would call me back as soon as he was free. I did not receive a call back. I also emailed the GM and received no response. Sales is great up until the time you make the purchase and then they wash their hands of you. I also had issues at the time of purchase. I had the dealership add a sunroof and remote start to the truck because they did not have a truck in stock with these options. The sales person told me that these aftermarket options would "operate just like the ones that come from the factory". After they were installed neither operated like the factory installed versions. Not to mention they told me it would take two days to install these and it ended up taking eight. More
