Proceeded to call me an idiot and said I wasn't worth their time. Can't believe this, I'll make sure my Dodge Charger purchase will not be from this dealer and never be serviced by them. If they just blow off people they don't think are worth their time, they certainly aren't going to take care of me after the purchase. Stay away! More

Bad customer service I was late that's my fault, but I was kept waiting 2 hours for nick to send his associate out to send us home,promised a phone call and didn't get on I was late that's my fault, but I was kept waiting 2 hours for nick to send his associate out to send us home,promised a phone call and didn't get one, called back he would not take my call. A brand new car I work d with Nick on a promotion I received. I had a trade which I was still under financial obligations , but with his help I was able to leave that I work d with Nick on a promotion I received. I had a trade which I was still under financial obligations , but with his help I was able to leave that day with a brand new Jeep !!! He and the finance gentleman we're very starlight up honest and let me know in full what my payments trade in and rebates would be... I was very much on the fence about a new car and Nick told me he would prfer I sleep in it and then make a decision.. I am a previous don brown customer and never felt I was anything other than a sale!! I agreed and went out to my car and thought about it as I knew if I left I'd talk myself out of it even though I needed a new car asap... well about 10 min later I came back in and made my purchase after he made sure I was ready to make the commitment!! First time ever I did not feel pressured at all!! Awesome job nick!! I love my new ride 👍👍👍👍 More
