Niss15, we're disappointed to hear of your negative experience with us. But I am glad your contract was corrected and the "add ons" sold to you were reversed to reflect your promised payment amount. As for the time it took to finalize the deal, you have to understand that these processes can take some time to complete and we are at the mercy of the lender at that point. So my apologies if you felt it took too long. To address your assumption of our treatment of customers who choose to write reviews, it is a bit skewed.
