The lack of safety, respect, honesty and overall immaturity of the GM, Chris, and sales staff is beyond anything I have ever experienced. The complete negligence for our safety resulted in finding the last sales rep's temporary license plate in the engine of the car we test drove....he apparently put it on the hood and "lost" it. When we found it, the staff was laughing about it. Ask them, if they are honest, they will tell you the story since they all found it so funny. Our test drive could have resulted in serious injury, in which case they would be out of business. During the negotiations, they tack on hidden costs, like adding a "special coating on the cars" that I'm required to pay for in the 11th hour of negotiations, and the most expensive " dealership handling fees" in the area, both of which are 100% added profit they told us "in the spirit of transparency", to Chris before the price of the car is taken into account. And even after agreeing to a final price, we remind them about fixing the crack in the bumper on the car that the sales person, Patrick said they would fix "before we drove off his lot" but when he went to confirm with Chris, we instead were told it would be an additional cost and it was our responsibility. After the entire experience I say to Chris, "this is the worst experience I have ever had" his response "well I guess you can leave then", so we walk out. Patrick, our sales rep, is new and has a lot of potential but you're only as good as the training you get from your managers. Chris' immaturity and complete lack of respect for customers reflects in the negligence of this dealership. I strongly discourage anyone from walking into this dealership. More
repair work Had my Nissan titan towed there for a repair of the tech ecm. Took them over a week and a half. When I got my truck back, they drove it up and shut it off. It wouldn't start so they had to jump start it. It died in the middle of academy on the way home. I finally got it home and was afraid to drive it because of it dying. So I changed the spark plugs and cleaned the air filter and it runs great now. While doing that I noticed my tool box was missing. I left a message which was returned but the guy who answered it said it must have been missing before being towed over. I know the owner of the shop personally from where it was towed from and he told me he handed the keys to the tow truck driver himself and toolbox was in there when it was towed. I haven't heard back from them about my toolbox so I assume they just think I'm going to forget about it. If it was 20 dollars in tools I wouldn't mind but this was every wrench and socket i owned. Will never deal with these guys again even though I love Nissan vehicles. More
