The Head of the service department at South Colorado Springs Nissan dealership, Mr Mike Brown, is phenomenal. His customer service skill is exceeding my expectation. You could tell that he is eager to serve its dealership’s customers by all mean. As soon as we finished discussing our technical issue with a service advisor about my brand new vehicle, Mr Brown walked out of his office and took charge of the situation right away. He literally went and grabbed a special device elsewhere and quickly asked to look into the vehicle problem right away. In fact, He was the one who found out what the issue was and drove the vehicle straight to the service facility and had a tech traced furthermore to finally conclude that four out of eight injectors need to be replaced. Since the vehicle is brand new and is under manufacturer warranty, parts were ordered and replaced in two days. Without Mr Brown’s enthusiasm, the process and procedure could be much longer and dissatisfied for sure. Because of all great personalities and positivities contributed to this matter, we will definitely return not just for vehicle services but several new vehicles will be purchased in decades to come. I personally will start spreading all great words about this dealership at least to local community in the city and county. They deserve our supports and they deserve to earn our businesses.
