we were welcomed by Zack and he did not pressure us or hassle us into any car. He took his time and showed us multiply cars. He fully explained all the details and features available. Once we narrowed down the choice to a hand full of choices, Zack introduced us to Eric. Eric explained to us the financial breakdown of each vehicle with multiple options. We needed a few days to look at our personal fiancés with our bank. Zack and Eric promptly follow up with us each day to let us know the status of the vehicles that we where interested in. Once we confirmed our fiancés with our bank, we call Zack to arrange a time to meet. Zack and Eric went out of their way to look at another dealership when the truck that we were interested in was not in the color that we wanted. Eric was able to arrange for Zack to personally bring the truck to the dealership for our inspection and purchase. Eric and Zack work with us during our lunch break to start all the paperwork. After work we returned to finalize the paperwork and pick up the truck. The truck was cleaned, polished and had a full tank of gasoline!!! Eric had all the paperwork ready for signature to minimize the time spent that night. We met Chris Gallion, who had all our purchase paperwork highlighted, printed and ready for signature. He offered and took his time to explain to us options for extended warranty and service in detail. We decided to add a extra maintenance plan that would help us. Chris was happy to redo all the paperwork to add the extra service information onto the paperwork. We appreciate going the extra mile for us. In the end our overall service was not the horrible experience you get when you decided to look for a car. The SCSN dealership welcomed us not as customers or just a car sales.They took care of us like family and I would look forward to purchasing my next truck or car there. Everything about this purchase was easy and smooth. As I have experienced in the past with car buying, the process did take almost 3 hours, from the time I showed up, to the time that I left with my new car have experienced in the past with car buying, the process did take almost 3 hours, from the time I showed up, to the time that I left with my new car. Maybe this is just a con for me because I am bored easily, but Andrew was able to lessen my boredom with good conversation and a strong wit. By his admission, he has only been at SCS Nissan for a short time, but he is every bit a salesman as any other that I've worked with in the past. While I enjoyed and continue to enjoy my new car purchase, I am still put off by the new car price and immediate depreciation in value once you take ownership and drive off the lot. However, this is a new car buying con that would have been the case with any new car purchase. All in all, I had a great experience and I will recommend that any car-buying friends of mine go see Andrew at South Colorado Springs Nissan. More

We took my 2007 Altima in for a general overall inspection because we were planning to hang onto it for another year or two. After being approached by Chris and visiting with him for a few minutes, we had him check inventory for one with more options on it. He found one in the same color fully-loaded and after test-driving it, my husband got serious about the buying process. After some back and forth, we found figures we were all happy with. The entire process took less than four hours and we are driving a Juke that gets good gas mileage and provides the safety features we wanted, plus it's fun! More

When my family and I met an outstanding young man named Harley who not only knew his products, but also had a fantastic way of demonstrating and communicating with people. Harley was actually the finance manager but because of his skills and the detail to listen to my wants and needs in a vehicle he matched me up perfectly with a new Pathfinder with the features requested. Not only did I buy the Pathfinder but also bought my wife a Nissan Maxima as well. If all the other staff were as professional as this young man, they will never be out performed. I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone hoping they have the same experience i did. Thank you Harley! More

To my surprise South Colorado Springs Nissan had the best price and i was able to make a same day appt..I was in and out of there in a few minutes..Service was great..i got to eat popcorn while i waited and they washed my car too...also put the spare tire and jack which i had just thrown in the trunk all neat where it belongs..ThankYou!!..Will come again More
Everything went well until I was told by Nate turner that he would have my windows tinted and the exhaust on the truck I bought fixed and habe since been ignored. I saw Nate write down what I wanted done and he agreed to it. The exhaust is aftermarket and was hanging up by wire coat hangers. Multiple messages, emails and calls and so far after buying, they have ignored me. I even bought my wife a used car from there on the same day. These guys want money and will promise anything to make a sale. After you sign, they dont care at all. It would be ok if they weren't cheating me out of what they promised. More

I have referred people and have gone as far as sending thank you gifts to the sales people that helped me in the past. Although Marty White (Sales Person) did his best to be helpful, the desk manager and the owner should be ashamed. You wrote up a deal, had me sign saying I agreed to the terms, had me ring your bell and then informed me that you couldn't get the car you found for me and would call me first thing in the morning. I received no call the next day, so I called and you said you were still looking. I called the next day and you said you were still looking again. I stopped by the same day and you sent Marty to inform me that the owner (new owner within the last few months) told you that you gave me too much for the trade and now you couldn't make the deal. You (the desk manager) didn't even have the guts to come and tell me yourself that you made a mistake. You're the best Military dealer in the area? Probably should know your customers better and what they do/influence. UNBELIEVABLE! Buyers beware. The new ownership does not care about customers or the military. Previous ownership would come out and talk to the customers. The new ones...hide and undermine their staff. They send the salespeople out to tell you that they are more worried about huge profits and not about return business. I would NEVER refer a prospective customer there, military or other. More
