The entire service team is truly amazing!!!!!They get you in when needed even if you don't have an appointment they will try and work you in and get your car serviced. they are very considerate of their customers they offer a shuttle if you don't want to wait with your car or have a ride, they try and make sure that each and everyone of their customers taken care of in every way possible. I wouldn't recommend any other dealership to get service done in!!! More

She was just awesome. She was very personable and very helpful. I appreciated the fact that she was patient with me and treated me like her number one priority. Although I did not purchase a car then I will definately be back to purchase one soon. This is a very exciting time for me and my son. She really made my car shopping experience the best I have ever had. Thanks Kaylee. More
Awful experience I had a terrible experience with SCS Nissan and the manager known as "Chad." I went into this dealership with the intention of potentially purchasing I had a terrible experience with SCS Nissan and the manager known as "Chad." I went into this dealership with the intention of potentially purchasing a brand new Nissan Titan XD SL 4x4, which they had in stock. I was greeted by a salesman who immediately gave me a statement about how "they are not a commission based dealership & how they are trying to change the way the car sales industry does business by giving the best price up front & eliminating the need for long negotiations to make the experience much better for the buyer." This gave me a warm fuzzy considering we had the same type of experience at Heuberger buying my GF’s Subaru & they gave us an amazing price (about $1k below invoice & USAA). The salesman at SCS was not bad, but not incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle, which is okay considering it had just been released a week prior. After test driving the truck & deciding I really liked it. I sat down at the desk & that is when Chad showed up. He was a stereotypical 80's used car salesman, who was coming to the table to with the price talking about 1000 words a minute about us making a deal. I looked at the offer he brought to the table & it was $4k ABOVE MSRP. This is all after getting the "best price up front" speech, mind you, which already gave me a negative feeling about how this dealership does business. I was confused about the excessive price & thought he had accidentally brought over offer for the Platinum Reserve edition Titan XD. I mentioned that & he assured me that this was the cost for the SL. I was also going to trade in my low mileage 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, which NADA trade in Value put it at $33k. Chad had on the paper $27k. He was attempting to low ball me on the trade in & high ball me on the sale, which is unethical again to reinforcing my negative feeling. I first informed him that the trade in value was a bit low. He said, "well, what if I add $1000 to the trade in, can I earn your business right now?" I said "that is a start but now let's talk about the high cost of the new truck." I pulled up the USAA app & showed him the USAA & TrueCar Value cost which was about $5k less than his offer. He argued “it isn't a guaranteed price & that with the options it brings it up to the $59k" he offered for the truck. I am an informed buyer & I knew that there aren't many options. It is based off of trim level; you get what the trim comes with, with few options that really only consist of accessories, which I mentioned. He then agreed, & said "well if we are going wholesale for wholesale, I will take $3000 off the cost of the truck (which was still about $1000 above MSRP) but also take that $1000 off of the trade in, would that allow me to earn your business?" A $2000 dollar difference & still trying to burn me on my trade and oversell me on the truck (he thought I was stupid). He continued to defend both prices. I asked, "to save several thousand, why wouldn't I go through the USAA car buying service? Even if I had to drive two hours to pick it up." He tried to argue that "there is no VIN associated with the USAA offer & that is still not a guaranteed price." So I submitted the USAA car buying service. About 5 minutes later, received a call from the internet sales manager at Valley Nissan in Longmont. The rep on the phone asked me what the offer was at SCS & I told him what Chad was offering & he readily assured me their sticker price was already about $1000 lower than the lowest price Chad had offered. He then offered me the NADA price I had mentioned on the Jeep. While on the phone, Chad came by grabbed the sheet off of the desk & said "I have given my best offers, if you want to go to Valley to buy it, its best we leave as friends." So after all was said & done I walked out, made the trip out to Valley Nissan the following day & picked up my new Nissan XD SL 4x4 with about a $8k difference in price from SCS's offer. SCS Nissan has bad business practices & attempt to manipulate their customers into spending more than they have to. I went elsewhere and I suggest you do as well. More

Her knowledge about every single car that Nissan sells exceeds any video or book about your car! She was more than kind, patient and I cannot say it enough - extremely knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles.
