Highly recommend I started working for this company and I have to say that it is by far one of the greatest places I have worked! Service Dept saved our vacation! This week on a vacation trip to Co Springs, a check engine soon warning light came on in our Nissan. We only had a couple days to enjoy the area and This week on a vacation trip to Co Springs, a check engine soon warning light came on in our Nissan. We only had a couple days to enjoy the area and were disappointed about the possibility of dealing with car repairs. We stopped by the service dept. at South CO Nissan and Doug and Houston were very accommodating to our situation. Although they had a busy schedule, they took the time to quickly diagnose that it was a minor issue and we were on our way. Thanks guys! More

deceptive and dishonest trade practices My wife and I bought a 2010 Sentra from SCS Nissan in 2013, and were satisfied with the experience and service. We recommended them highly up to that My wife and I bought a 2010 Sentra from SCS Nissan in 2013, and were satisfied with the experience and service. We recommended them highly up to that point. In June 2015 we traded the Sentra in for a new 2015 Altima. We worked with Jason and Kevin for 3 hours to agree on a price and terms. I went out to clean out our trade and my wife went to finance to sign papers on the deal we had shook on. Harley in finance added gap insurance, service plan, and platinum warranty without my wife's knowledge or consent, she thought she was signing papers to the effect of what we spent 3 hours coming to an agreement on. Our payment was raised by $50 a month for items we didn't want . I noticed the discrepancy 5 days later and contacted Jason about it . He said he would look into it an contact me . NEVER HAPPENED. From that point on, SCS Nissan had horrible customer service, culminating in Steve Ainsley stopping just short of calling my wife a liar( something which he will not apologize for since I put negative reviews about his business online). I had to get a specific power of attorney to sign for my wife to get rid of the unwanted items. Only go to SCS Nissan if you enjoy dishonesty and deception, and no accountability or integrity. Woodmen Nissan is head and shoulders above in service and care. More

I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE... EVER!!! This was a horrible experience; let me tell you why…. I called South Colorado Springs Nissan the next day after buying a car and the “general manager” Austin refused to take my calls after hanging up in my face and he directed his staff not to pick up my phone calls. They are a bunch of scam artists that tell you that they have a 3 day exchange policy but when you try to exchange a vehicle they dodge you the best way they know how. I live 2 hours away and they refused to take my phone calls regarding this matter so guess what… my 3 day are up and I’m stuck with a vehicle that does not work. If they are able to dodge you for 3 days they have permanently sold a vehicle. In the beginning when I did get a hold of someone regarding the 3 day exchange policy, Austin, he told me that I signed the papers and I’m the owner of a new vehicle before hanging up in my face and directing his staff not to take my calls. When I continued to call and ask for Austin they had random people answer the phone and who give me a false email address and contact information for the owner. Also please read the paper that they post on the window because it says NO WARRANTY even though the sales rep tells you that when you purchase this car there is a life time warranty on pretty much every car that they have. They will send you home with the same paper hidden in the glove box that was in the window of the car that states despite what the sale representative told you, this car has no warranty. I did not catch that at the dealership and they will not take my calls to clarify anything. THE WAS THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE and if you don’t have money to waste please don’t buy from them bc it’s all a scam to get you to sign on the line!! I would not recommend buying a car from here!!!! Thousands of dollars down the drain. More
