Great experience for someone who was gun shy! I had a bad experience with a competing Nissan dealership in Colorado Springs. Eight days after I bought a car at the other dealership, I was in an accident where my car was totaled. It was then that I realized the "rip off" techniques that the other dealership/salesman used on me. I was terrified to buy another car, but loved my Nissan Murano and wanted another one. So my husband and I went to South Colorado Springs Nissan and were met by Juan Pridgen. This man heard my/our fears and didn't pressure us at all...quite the opposite--which was just what my husband and I needed at the time. It is a rare occasion (in my experience) when a salesman can balance the customers needs with his getting the job done and selling a car. This is what Juan did for us. I can honestly say I have never recommended a dealership, but I do now because of Juan and the rest of the staff at your dealership. Juan has a fan in us and we are so grateful! He is an asset to your company! More

I'm "Nissan Happy" Al Gomes greeted us promptly upon entering. He intrigued our interest on a Rogue after hearing about us and what our needs are (to include finances). He was very knowledgeable on all the features, products, services, and functions/trim on all the vehicles. He also treated us like family, and considering I had my 4 year twins with us, I felt relived that he did not mind the kids being up past nap time and lunch melt downs (ha!). He continuously assed what we would need and added helpful advice on how to accommodate our growing family and military travel associated needs. Al Gomes gave us the grand tour of the dealership and had us meet with the service and rental department- felt like we were old friends! We later met with Bryant to go over warranties and paperwork. He further made us feel confident and valued as a family first, not as a $ sign. I for once, do not have buyer's remorse and feel very confident in our trade in and purchase. I was originally talking with Cody, who had ended up not being our sales person but went above and beyond to answer all my "first new car buying experience" questions. We had set up a time to come in and look at our choice. We ended up working with Pete Cano who was wonderful and made sure to answer all of our questions clearly and honestly. Throughout the decision making process my husband and I felt no pressure at all. We had a terrible experience with Phil long and did not want to make the same mistake a second time. They had already had the vehicle ready for us we were able to see and touch all the options in person (such as clear bra) walked us through each part of our package patiently. every thing in all was just a great experience and i have already recommended you guys to many people in the market for a new car. We had a silly issue with the vehicle and I called in because it was something that needed to be addressed immediately. (headlights flashing, blinker wouldnt turn off, and dashlights flickering) the first women who answered the phone transferred me to Pete's line but it went to voicemail. I had hung up and given a call back in to let her know i needed to speak with someone right now so we could remedy the situation as fast as possible because at that point it is a safety concern, especially since i was driving with my children in the car. The women than hung up on me. When i called back and explained i than wanted to speak to a manager about this NOW she laughed at me. The lack of professionalism displayed by these women was disgusting. And as for them, they surely need a class on manners and how to act like a professional. Other than that when i had arrived the issue was taken care of immediately. Pete has gone out of his way to give us a call to make sure everything is going well after this. Bobbie was a pleasure to deal with as well! I would absolutely never take my business anywhere else. We are so happy with our purchase, and our over all experience. we had also worked with Bryant and our experience with him was just great too! we also had our two littles with us who were starting to get ancy like any child would and they were more than accommodating and patient! My 5 star rating of friendliness is for Pete Bobbie and Bryant! More

Excellent Service Department Since moving to Colorado Springs almost 3 years ago, I have had my car in for a recall repair, oil change, an express inspection (for free!), and I ca Since moving to Colorado Springs almost 3 years ago, I have had my car in for a recall repair, oil change, an express inspection (for free!), and I can say that I have NEVER had such a good experience at any dealer/service department than what I have had at SCS Nissan. I have never felt like a customer, but I have felt like I am part of a family. I went in to have a $62 service done and only spent $42 because Sylwia, my rep on the Nissan Service Team, informed me about a service sale. And SCS Nissan has never suggested work to be done that is not necessary. In fact, I brought up a the 82,000 service schedule and Sylwia suggested that we take a look at the items to be serviced first and get an assessment of what needs to be done before replacing parts that are not yet necessary to replace. This type of service is unheard of!!! I feel valued and respected as a customer and a human being. Thank you Sylwia and the rest of the service department!!! More
