He was prompt and reassured the quality of the inspection and treatment for our vehicle. They were busy at the time, but they made sure we were comfortable and kept us updated on the status. Upon completion some things were addressed that might need attention at a later time. The "no pressure" come back when you can attitude was reassuring that we wouldn't be pressured into getting something done that wasn't completely necessary at that time. Great Service! I normally don't post reviews but had such a wonderful experience here. I was looking for a newer body style used maxima. I found (and purchased) one I normally don't post reviews but had such a wonderful experience here. I was looking for a newer body style used maxima. I found (and purchased) one a few months ago at scs nissan and was very well taken care of by a nice saleslady, Jaida. She listened to my needs and made sure I got the best deal possible to fit in my budget (I am retired, so must really watch my finances). Jaida was with me every step of the way, not your typical pushy salesperson. She even periodically checks in with me from time to time to make sure I'm doing well. I just had my first oil change from them and their service department gets you in and out quickly! This place is a prime example for great customer service. More
