Buying a new car can often be a dreaded task, but Dave Martinez at South Coast Car Zone made it feel like we were buying something as simple as a shirt. When we asked to test drive the vehicle, he simply wanted a copy of our driver's license and sent us on our way. He never hoovered over and smothered us. When we were inquiring about a car that was really too expensive, he didnt turn into a "salesman" and try to force the car on us. Instead, he showed us how to be realistic about our needs and desires and lead us into the direction of buying a practical car. The car we ended up buying is EVERYTHING we wanted AND MORE!!!! I feel like a superstar when I am driving around. Dave understood that as a young mother, I still wanted to look and feel young while also accomodating my large family and living in style. Dave is like a friend, not a salesman. We discussed families, sports, hobbies and cars. He made the car buying process so relaxing and easy, I am not sure exactly how to describe it. I would MOST CERTAINLY recommend him to my friends and family (and anyone that will listen) because I felt comfortable and confident during the entire car buying experience.
