Not only was he patient, but also very thorough in making sure I got my needs and wants with what I was looking for. I am so happy I didn't go to a competitor to be dissatisfied. Bait & Switch Dealership Total Bait & Switch Dealership. I found a car advertised by SC Car Zone for a low price. I called the dealership multiple times and was told the vehic Total Bait & Switch Dealership. I found a car advertised by SC Car Zone for a low price. I called the dealership multiple times and was told the vehicle was in stock. I am a Veteran and was using my USAA TrueCar buying service and was approved for a loan. As soon as I mentioned that, no one would call me back regarding buying the car, which I was willing to pay full price as advertised. I called the dealership for one more try, since the car was priced so low, the sales manager said they still had the car in stock and said he will look me up in the system and get me the cost breakdown. He must have looked me up and saw that I was already approved for my own financing thru USAA TrueCar Buying Service, and called and said the car was was sold the other night. Then said he has the more expensive one still in stock if I'm interested. I should have know when I read other reviews that this was a shady dealership. Very unethical business practices. There's plenty of other ethical dealership around, do your research before doing business with them. Q: How does a "bait and switch" occur? A: "Bait and switch" sales tactics are a form of false or deceptive advertising, in which a car dealer lures potential buyers to the dealership by advertising one vehicle at a certain price, then tells the customer that the particular vehicle is no longer available before using aggressive tactics to sell a different, more expensive vehicle (or the advertised vehicle at a price higher than the advertised price). They promised they could get her into a car no problem. They let her leave with a car, promising it would all work out. This kept her from looking at another dealership. Then they lied to her to get her to sign a new agreement, promising to lower her payment to set her up to take the car back, and they did just that. Both Mark and Mario were in on this deception. Pleasant Expereince I found a Q50 advertised on Cargurus, vehicle was being offered by SC Car Zone. I called in and spoke with a sales person named Joel, he was very help I found a Q50 advertised on Cargurus, vehicle was being offered by SC Car Zone. I called in and spoke with a sales person named Joel, he was very helpful and up front over the phone, I set an appointment and went in to see the vehicle. The car was clean and test drive was very thorough, after my final inspection of the vehicle I decided to go in to discuss the out the door price. I was introduced to Mas the Sales Manager, Mas turned his screen and showed me all the numbers, very open and we spoke for about 10 minutes and agreed on a price. Finished signing the contracts with another 15/20 minutes and was out with my new vehicle. This is a good dealership to do business with, thank you guys! More

I was there to tarde my car to something else. first of all some how their computers Kelly Blue Book drop my cars price, I was cheking before going to them it was 26K theyre comp shows 22K. The car I was interested been in accident but nothing in carfax report, (they swere that car is never been in accident), there is just one cracked key, some other parts missing too but theyre not even trying to give any discount, Im happy that did not make any deal with them.
