LYING PEOPLE! EXPENSIVE AND FAULTY CARS!! Bought a 2009 Hyundai Accent 4 door 6 months ago. Carfax checked out, no accidents reported, 1 prior owner. $9000. WAAAAYYY more than it was worth. We take it back to dealership. They have to replace the catalytic converter. Do it for free. 6 months later the car won't accelerate. We try to trade it in for a new car at a different dealer. We can't because the dealers think it's a transmission issue and we still have $7000 left on the car. We go in to get it fixed. 4 weeks later, we have no car still and it needs a NEW catalytic converter as well as a body harness imported from South Korea and an O2 sensor. Totaling $1700 without tax and we haven't had a car for a week. Thank GOD my parents have 2 cars and my boyfriend's dad works at the same place he does. I tried calling South Chicago Dodge twice, asked for the manager and got a voicemail. Left a message the first time but not the second time. Called a third time, a week later, and asked for Jack Alley. He said the service people might be able to help if it IS the catalytic converter. He never called me back. What a terrible dealership and what terrible people, making 2 college kids, 20 years old, pay THAT much for a car we probably put more money into fixing than you did. More

So basically, I was lied to in order to get me into the dealership. They wouldn’t honor a measly $200 off a $17,000 car without floor mats. Yup, a $17K car without floor mats…I should have walkout, but I needed a car that’s good on gas. The $4 a gallon gas is driving me to the poorhouse. But now unfortunately, I have to hear about this measly $200 from the wife for the rest of my freaking life. I would give $20K just to make her stop…Thanks a lot Tom Szucs. They wouldn't meet the other demands so I left that 2008 Saturn right where it was. I got a new SUV with a much better interest rate and a much...much cheaper car note. Hence better finance rate which equaled lower car note on a new vehicle. Do your homework and shop around before you do business with South Chicago Dogdge. And the sign and drive is a lie! More

Sold me a car that was well above price but since my credit was bad I took it and brakes were completely gone and they said drive it anyway until you get all the paperwork....
