I can’t believe places like that still exist Went to see a used Bmw they advertise on Facebook called in the morning asked if the car was mechanically sound of course like every new car store tha Went to see a used Bmw they advertise on Facebook called in the morning asked if the car was mechanically sound of course like every new car store that sells used cars they said oh yeah it’s a nice car. So after 40 min drive I arrived. They don’t even have computers at their desks and the place looks like it was never cleaned since 70 s . Long story short they take me to see that car couple blocks away to their grave yard and of course the car had a bad head gasket and barely drove it. The manager what a joke the sales guy Dawid very nice guy. More

Looking To Purchase I went in looking to purchase Dodge SRT however, the salesman and the manager at the time was unwilling to run the numbers as requested. Consumers are much more educated and attempting to play games, and/or take advantage of someone shouldn't be part of the process. I took my business to Dodge in Matteson, and they completed my request and walked away with my Mopar Dodge Durango SRT in 1 hour. More
Repair not done after they've been paid South Chicago Dodge was paid to repair my mirror on my car as a result of a PACE bus hitting my car. PACE issued a check directly to them to have the repair made. When I called to schedule the repair appointment ir made they claimed they hadn't received the payment. I then obtained the cancel check and a letter from PACE and sent to the Manager per her request to prove payment was made. I have since been given the run around. Each time I call for Jamie the Manager she was either in a meeting or gone for the day (even at 12:55pm today). I have left several messages on her voicemail and with the receptionist over the past month and a half. The only person that seems to be willing to help is Russ the service Manager who I spoke with yesterday and resent the documents to today. I'm hoping for the best! As for the other staff including Saby the receptionist who kept transferring me to random people who could not help and repeatedly delivered the messages that the people that I needed to speak with to resolve the issue were not available for one reason or another there has been poor communication and zero concern for a customer that purchased a vehicle from their dealership. FRUSTRATING! More

Annoying and Deceitful Found a car or two that I thought I would like on TrueCar, so indicating interest on that site flagged me for them to call me. Talked to them 3-4 time Found a car or two that I thought I would like on TrueCar, so indicating interest on that site flagged me for them to call me. Talked to them 3-4 times over a 10-day period before getting over to the dealership. I called them 30 mins before I showed up in the middle of the afternoon, but when I arrived, they let me know that the sold the car earlier that day, which my guy did not mention at all. Then when I got there, I realized the salesman who was peddling another car to me was on a completely different page than the guys in charge, and that there was no way I was getting a car nearly in my price range during that visit. Also worth mentioning that the guy who I'd been talking to, Juan Rodriguez, was apparently at the dealership (per 3 people working there), but would not show his face. It was only several hours later I realized I'd been intentionally deceived. I have since bought a car, and they still won't stop emailing and calling despite me telling them thrice that I'm off the market and also just offended at that stunt they pulled. Would not recommend at all. More
