South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep

So I purchased a Chrysler 300C w/a Hemi back in June 2011. I was told at the time that everything had been fixed on the car. Well that wasn't exactly the truth. I took the car to the dealership to get s 2011. I was told at the time that everything had been fixed on the car. Well that wasn't exactly the truth. I took the car to the dealership to get serviced and guess what they told me...I need new brakes...new ball joints...new rotors...so of couse I was pissed! However, I love my car, but I'm just upset that we were lied too. But it's ok I'm not going to cry over spill milk...Not to bad mouth the dealership because they were extremely helpful but just be mindful and get the car checked out by a mechanic before you purchase anything from this dealership or any dealership for that matter. More

This is the best car dealership I have dealt with in a while! The staff was super friendly and they had a great selection for me to choose from. Darnell Brown,by far is an exceptional sales person;his service ability,patients and overall personality,were second to none. Darnell,had the time,the ability with his knowledge,to explain each part of th service ability,patients and overall personality,were second to none. Darnell,had the time,the ability with his knowledge,to explain each part of the process,to your(our) UNDERSTANDING.Then when you factor in ' No Down Payment '(pocket money for the sales rep.).The majority of sales reps.,won't give you the time of the day. Let me give you an idea of how great Darnell is in sales(my opinion)... " I was expecting a sales person with an attitude and No patients.Who would see/judge me as a ' Sale or No Sale '. Instead I got Darnell Brown,with all the before mention accolades...He had us so caught up in hipersonana.Till he was able to sale me a fully loaded 2011 Journey,220mi and had been damage by hail.For at least $5000.+ more than it was worth -with a smile -and I was happy. A month ago I had a terrible experience with another dealership, so I was kind of scared to go to another one. However, Greg Jr made the experience great. He went above and beyond to provide us with great custtomer service and to get us in a car that was affordable for us. It's not enough words to explanin how excellent Greg Jr was. And I can't forget Holly, she went above and beyond to get me financed for the vehicle that we wanted. Considering the other delaership that I had a bad experience with, ran my credit all over the world which made my credit score lower. But Holly worked her magic and got us financed. So I want to give a big thank you to Greg Jr and Holly you guys are really appreciated. And I will be back to purchase another car from South Chicago Dodge. More
