I brought my 2020 Rogue Sport to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. When I pulled inside and exited my vehicle, Caleb was there to greet me. When dealing with Ryan, I was signing as co-owner to purchase a vehicle for my stepdaughter. He went above and beyond. My stepdaughter was very picky and Ryan didn't let that fluster him. Absolutely would NOT recommend. I inquired abt 2 vehicles online. He immediately called and scheduled an appt for 9 am the next morning. I arrive he comes out with a DRY demeanor. Wasn’t welcoming at all. He told me one of the cars sold the day prior. I asked about the other, he went to get the keys and came back and said that car sold also. He didn’t have the decency to let me know before I drove all that way. He wasn’t remorseful or anything. When I told him ok, I’ll go up the street since there were other dealerships, he said “ok” and sashayed off. Clearly he didn’t want my business. Keep in mind, I texted him at 6 am before I left about the prices changing overnight and he said not to worry about it. 1. Why did the prices online change if the cars sold the prior day??? More
