Some of the salespeople are very dishonest and will tell you things that aren’t true. I had a verbal agreement with one of them, got to finance and what the salesman told me and what the finance person told you things that aren’t true. Pros: My service tech Caitlyn was helpful and nice. The service was done on time and the new fan is working great so far. Cons: There's not enough employees working in the service department. I waited a while before anyone helped me. (I know all businesses are short-short everywhere though) Cooling Fan repair was over a thousand dollars. I feel like that was way too high of a price. More
