Excellent service from Jay dropping off the vehicle and answering my questions about the brake service. When I arrived for pick up, I learned that he was hand washing my car (when the car wash people went answering my questions about the brake service. Received a call from Melissa Gonzalez that my second key fob was in. It needed to be programed for my 2020 CX30. It was just purchased 2 days before. I had two other issues that need their attention.
