Annual Check up for 2014 Mazda CX-5 I was very impressed with the service agent, Steve Morici. By reviewing the last checkup for our vehicle he was able to recommend the appropriate amount of work to be done on the vehicle. However, and I believe this is no fault of his, I was surprised at the price of the belt tensioner that was replaced. The cost of the device was $160 vs. $104 cost that I found on the Internet. He was able to provide a 10% discount because of the coupon I brought to the store, but that is still a significant price difference for the same part. As an example, the belt that was replaced was the same price at the dealer vs. the parts provider I found on the Internet. More

Manny was outstanding. He was enthusiastic, friendly and very responsive. I was scheduled to bring in my CX-5 for a service recall and scheduled online for an 8:40am appointment. I arrived about an hour early (I was in the area) and he was quick to get me in and scheduled a Lyft ride to my work (as I had not used this option when I scheduled the service). Furthermore he noticed that it was time for my first service and included that right away. The world needs more people like Manny. I am glad I took the car there for service! More

The service manager needs to work on costumer service I brought my car in for detailing, I had a brand new wireless charger in the window when I returned to pick up my car the charger was gone, the servic I brought my car in for detailing, I had a brand new wireless charger in the window when I returned to pick up my car the charger was gone, the service desk employees where polite and apologized however they could not locate my charger and referred me to the service manager Mellisa after entering Melissa never formally addressed me or introduced herself, she barely looked up at me . After explaining the problem she said she would look and call me After looking up at me finally she said how do I know you even had one in there!!! I took it very offensive and it felt a little racist. I explained it was a new purchase and I could provide the receipt and the box. She said let me see what I can do and I’ll call you . Well she never called and when I phoned her for an update she said we didn’t find it but you owe us gas for your loaner, I said no one mentioned that until now and that’s not a problem, how much her response was I don’t know but we can call it even. What’s even how much was the gas and you don’t even know how much my charger cost.? Not professional customer service on her behalf at all and no apologies sure other customers are NOT treated like that!! I felt like I was considered dishonest because of who I am. I had to write this it still bothers me and I had to repurchase my charger!!!!!! Hope I don’t need Mellisa in the future at Mazda I’m sure she’s going to act funny. More
