First time getting service at this dealership, usually go to another location. Came here for an alignment and brake fluid change. Stephen Morici was my service advisor. Awesome guy, gave me an option of things that need attention in my CX-5, all without being pushy unlike most dealerships. My wiper blades needed to be replaced. I went ahead and bought the part myself since I was already at the dealership, and it was a 1-minute, easy installation. Upon signing me out, Stephen saw the wiper blades I bought and offered to install it for me. I kindly declined, but it shows Stephen's excellent customer service. Another thing to add, my cabin filter also needed to be replaced. As I was replacing it at the dealer parking lot, a Mazda technician was parking a customer's CX-5 next to mine. After he got out the car, he saw me replacing my filter and gave a good tip about being careful about the clips since they were fragile. Didn't catch his name, but another example of high quality customer service. Lastly, can't forget about Leo Camacho, the gentleman who was working the parts department. The wiper blades in the CX-5 had two versions. Leo made sure I bought the correct one by checking the VIN. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this dealership. Kathy Nguyen was very professional in greeting me, asking my needs for the visit which was just a general routine service. When I found out there was more work to be done after inspection, she explained the my needs for the visit which was just a general routine service. She is friendly and personable and I enjoyed the overall experience of having my car serviced. The facilities and the waiting area are also very clean. I have been visiting this dealership for over 5 years and the service level and the staff have been top notch in my opinion. More

My car appeared to have a problem with the airbags, but it was a false alarm. The service department quickly analyzed the issue and I was quickly back on the road.
