They failed to fix my car after two visits, ignoring photo/video proof of a safety-relevant malfunction. Different staff gave me contradictory data on how to reserve a loaner, resulting in me not getting one when they had some to spare. They don’t answer the phone before 9am, according to one employee. Oddly, I’ve had 27 unanswered calls before 9am, but one 8:33am conversation. I left a message with the manager and there wasn’t any followup. If I hurt myself in an accident in my near-new vehicle because they didn’t honor the warranty for the safety equipment- I’m obviously going to sue them. More

South Bay Mazda is a great dealership. The service center and the office have been amazing. Kathy was very helpful as of recent but I’m not surprised that some of the other welcoming staff The service center and the office have been amazing. They were just lounging behind the desk and were not very attentive, which made me dock a star. More
