A fast, simple, no-hassle service experience. I arrived for an 8 a.m. service appointment and was promptly met at my car by the service representative. As the dealership is under re-construction, I arrived for an 8 a.m. service appointment and was promptly met at my car by the service representative. As the dealership is under re-construction, he pointed me to the temporary waiting area and let me know the service would take an hour to an hour-and-a-half. The waiting area was stocked with free snacks, coffee and water, along with tables and chairs inside and outside. After an hour the service rep found me and reviewed the work performed on my car. I was back on the road again in less time than estimated. A fast, simple, no-hassle service experience. More
