I give 5 stars to South Bay Mazda dealership. Let me explain why I passed several Mazda dealerships close to Irvine and drove 40 miles to visit South Bay Mazda in Torrance. First, I visited a Mazda d explain why I passed several Mazda dealerships close to Irvine and drove 40 miles to visit South Bay Mazda in Torrance. First, I visited a Mazda dealership very close to my place in Irvine and test drove a CX-5 Touring with metallic gray color + sv package. That dealership had only one on that day (late June 2021). The salesperson who served me at that dealership said he could not provide any discount for this model because of the inventory shortage due to COVID-19. When I checked at other dealerships, they also had 1 or 2 and did not give me a good deal. After contacting several dealerships close to Irvine, I decided to contact South Bay Mazda because they had one CX-5 Touring model that I was looking for. Arthur Lee replied to my request immediately. Arthur answered all my questions, and we were able to negotiate the price. Even this dealership also suffered low inventory of new Mazda, Arthur offered a deal that I cannot pass. He said the listed vehicle on the website had been sold several hours ago but another one would be delivered next day. Next day, I contacted Arthur and visited South Bay Mazda around 4pm. When I visited there, he was waiting with the vehicle. It was delivered to the dealership that morning and had only 2miles on odometer. Arthur was super nice and treated me well. Arthur mentioned all extra accessories and services available, but he never pushed me to buy any. Even I had been financing or leasing cars for last 10 years, this was the first time, I had an easy and non-pushy buying experience. Finance manager, Ty was courteous and very transparent. No hidden charges or fees. After paper work was done, Arthur explained all new features and myMazda app to me. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided by Arthur, Ty and sales manager, Daniel at South Bay Mazda. If anyone is looking for a non-stressful Mazda purchase, I highly recommend contacting Arthur Lee at South Bay Mazda. More
