I have leased 3 cars from South Bay Mazda, and all service on these cars has been done at South Bay under a service plan. The customer service in the Service Dept is exceptional. Stephen kept me well service on these cars has been done at South Bay under a service plan. The customer service in the Service Dept is exceptional. Stephen kept me well informed regarding the status and diagnosis. My only comment is that the Service Dept policy (in my opinion) may use up some of the covered services (e.g., oil change, air filter) before the plan comes to the end of its duration, so in the final year of the plan, you may see some service costs.
