My husband and I went to Southbay Mazda to checkout a certified pre-owned CX-3. Cruz Ayala was the first sales agent to approach us. He greeted us nicely and didn’t give that vibe like he was judging whe certified pre-owned CX-3. Cruz Ayala was the first sales agent to approach us. After trying the CX-3, we asked to test drive a CX-5, which he had no problem with. After which, we told him we wanted to take a look at another car from a different dealership and that we would be back. He gave us his number to let him know when we’re headed back. No attitude. No hassle. No pressure. When the car we wanted to see was not at the other dealership, we sent Cruz a text message and he made sure he was there to greet us as soon as we got back. We went there with a pre-approval from my credit union. They were able to provide me with a better rate than what I was already offered. Cruz, Charlie, and Jamie complete the team of people who helped set up the financing and finalize the deal. Glad we decided to checkout this dealership first.
