Kathy Nguyen was very professional in greeting me, asking my needs for the visit which was just a general routine service. When I found out there was more work to be done after inspection, she explained the my needs for the visit which was just a general routine service. She is friendly and personable and I enjoyed the overall experience of having my car serviced. The facilities and the waiting area are also very clean.
