Kathy was excellent to deal with in the servicing of my car, as was the video presentation by Joe the mechanic. I felt like I knew what needed to be done in depth and had prices, with a small discount coup car, as was the video presentation by Joe the mechanic. She was even able to provide me with a loaner car, as mine stayed over night. All around great job. The car feels new! More

I am so happy I found South Bay Mazda! I had been to many dealerships looking for my perfect, used CX-5, most Mazda, some not. Charlie Pham at South Bay was the only one that I felt trul I had been to many dealerships looking for my perfect, used CX-5, most Mazda, some not. Charlie Pham at South Bay was the only one that I felt truly cared about my needs. He was completely an open book from the first time we spoke; no hidden fees or addendums like the other places. South Bay, Chalie and David, made the experience so pleasant. They were friendly and helpful, and even our 9 yr old had a blast. Charlie and David were able to work with my finances and everything felt so smooth. I drove home in my new car and am so happy that I gave them my business!! Thank you, gentlemen!!
