Christopher Jones was such a great help! I told him the car I wanted, he told me the colors he had and I picked the car that I wanted. He fought for us to get a good deal and was very helpful during the wh car I wanted, he told me the colors he had and I picked the car that I wanted. South Bay Mazda service department is top notch! I took my car in to fix the infotainment unit. What’s nice is they always do a walk around to inspect the vehicle and Stephen Morici noticed one of my wiper my car in to fix the infotainment unit. What’s nice is they always do a walk around to inspect the vehicle and Stephen Morici noticed one of my wipers was missing! I didn’t even know. So glad I didn’t find this out the day we had the surprise rain showers!! I appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism, the video overviews, comfortable waiting area and the courtesy car wash!! More
