Holy crap, that was the easiest time I've ever had buying a car! I had ordered a custom built car which came in exactly on schedule. We did the preliminary photocopies and paperwork, went up to finance to discuss options and sign papers, and then hopped in the car! Compared to all my other leases and purchases, this was head and shoulders above the rest. No sleazy finance guy, no crooked or tricky deals, just a team of people who were straight forward and bringing their A-game. I would highly recommend working with these guys to get your next purchase! More

We specifically had a couple of minor fix it sequences that were probably nothing to South Bay. They meant the world to us. Again we will drive 6x as far to get our next Mini from South Bay because everything we wanted we got. Furthermore, Chris is simply the saaviest Mini salesman you could ever hope for. Dealing with Chris at South Bay Mini was like nothing I have ever experienced with a new car dealer before. He was straight with me all the way, there was no quibbling with price and then having a manager have ever experienced with a new car dealer before. He was straight with me all the way, there was no quibbling with price and then having a manager have to okay it, and he was very patient with me (allowing me to test drive the car twice and ask lots of dumb questions). In addition, and something I find stunning, when I see him at the dealership while I am there for servicing or, most recently, tires, he always calls to me by name and asks me how I am and if I am still enjoying the car, etc. I think he is a true gem and when I buy my next car, I hope it will be another Mini Cooper and I hope he will sell it to me.
