Quick-Easy-Efficient Halton was a very efficient and flexible, I went in to get new tires and i work night shift so It’s difficult to be up and find dealers open. We weren't expecting to buy a Mini at first, but the qualit We received an exceptional service the moment we entered the dealership at South Bay Mini. We weren't expecting to buy a Mini at first, but the quality of cars, coupled with the most important factor, the quality of the service, convinced our entire family to join the Mini family. Junior Mercado greeted us, walked us through the different models and then later through the specifics of the car we liked. Dealing with the General Sales Manager Mo Ali himself was another pleasant and a totally different experience. Generally, these big shot managers are in an office somewhere and your sales agent runs back and forth telling you that they have to confirm the numbers and then he/she returns back with what they call the best he/she can do. At South Bay Mini, Mo Ali personally greeted us in a very friendly manner once Junior introduced us to him. We were encouraged to take a test drive during which Junior pretty much sold that car to us :) Once we bought the car, acquiring the car, Elena Peraza taught us everything about every system in the new car. Mo, Junior, and Elena stayed well beyond the standard closing time of the dealership just for us, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. More
